Muscles involved in Freestyle

Hi, in this post we'd like to show the muscles that are involved in the Freestyle. We are going to focus on the initial move in this style.
In general, the arms are one part of the propeller of these movement. The muscles involved in all the movement are: forearms muscles, triceps, biceps and shoulders (Livestrong). Actually, forearms muscles are used principally in the moment in which the arm is in the water, but to have power in the water, we need to have power outside. Therefore, we need to develop strong shoulders principally. Shoulders or Deltoids is the principal muscle that is strained, because it rotates and it increase the risk of injury.
